Wow, only in Citrus County.  This guy’s name has GOT to be Joe, spelled, “d-u-m-b-a-s-s.”  Cool, Joe, real cool.

After one of the infamous Florida thunderstorms dropped a crazy amount of rain in Inverness, Florida, the road in this residential area was completely flooded.  I just had to stop what I was doing, and take a picture of this rather humorous display of intelligence.  I couldn’t help but think, where are the “Beware of Manatee” signs?
